Went in yesterday to get a window replaced. To start, they were very friendly and offered to drive me somewhere or provide me with a loaner vehicle. Since I live out of town and it’s not a quick jaunt home, I asked if I could use their office/desk to work while my vehicle was getting done, which they agreed to. Not only did they finish much earlier than expected, they cleaned my fitted floor mats and all windows. Sure, it’s not much, but it was unexpected and not something they had to do. It’s the little things like this that go a long way when providing exceptional service. Others should learn from this. Thanks again!

Hands down the absolute best auto glass service I've ever had. Got back from work to a blown out windshield, Dwaine came through when I was in a pinch and replaced my window without hesitation. Unbelievably respectful, professional, and just absolutely top quality. Already booked my truck in for the front windshield just because my experience was so incredible!

The best of the best! The only place I'll go for windshield replacement. I'm from Grande Prairie Alberta, I will glady drive extra to get here. The people upfront are very helpful, and the guys in the back are very knowledgeable and quick to get it done. I truck through Dawson and never really know what time will work to get it done. I called and they got me in within an hour. Definitely coming here again!

Had replaced my wife's windshield last summer, I can say the service wise was fantastic. Initially called them first, over the phone experience was good as well. service car also provided, and cost wise is tolerable. had that windshield for almost a year and we got no problem at all.
